A few nights ago while meditating, I was trying to make spiritual contact with my late friend Debi, who was also my wise, psychic mentor. Becoming friends with her – first, as a client before I even knew of my own spiritual gifts – 11 years ago was one of the brightest moments of my life. So, I continue to keep those communication lines still open.
As I went to bed, I spoke: “I miss you, Debi. You were always there to provide me with guidance. Just know, I’m asking for a sign from you. I know you can hear me.” With that, I clicked off the night stand lamp and went to sleep.
While counting sheep that night, I had a dream involving another animal: a baby deer. In this vivid experience, I saw a small deer (I’d never seen one so tiny before) who was lost in an urban setting, like a hospital. Without hesitancy, I went to the creature and picked it up in my arms. “It’s ok; I’m going to take you back to your home,” I assured.
Feeling its heart racing against my chest as I held the animal, I ran and leaped like I’d never done before, determined to return the baby to its natural habitat. Eventually, I made it to the forest and knelt down to release the deer, whose heart was now much more peaceful (as was my own). I kept repeating, “This is Buddy’s home. This is Buddy’s home.” Undoubtedly, I’d become so attached to the animal in such a short period of time that I’d even gave it a name.
Two nights later while scanning Facebook, a friend posted an amazing video about a baby deer that was rescued and reunited with its mother. Naturally, it caught my attention. As I watched this special video, it reminded me so much of own dream experience: the communication, compassion, emotion, trust, determination and love. The uncanny comparison was almost beyond explanation, or, so I thought.
Then, I noticed that the person who posted the video was none other than Larry, the husband of my friend, Debi, who’d made her transition nearly four years ago. I knew then that Debi and I had, indeed, made contact in the most beautiful of ways.
Moments later, I placed a phone call to Larry. “Hey Larry; it’s Tony. I just have to share something with you,” I began.
Love and light,
Tony
Beautiful

Thanks so much honey!
I love that story.
Means a lot to me. The experience was pretty special to me too!
Deer seem to be a common theme this week, as I made eye contact with one outside my window at work this week, then saw her again with her dawn later that day.
Wow! That’s amazing! If you get a chance, check the deer video that is linked in my post!
That is awesome! Love you
