A change of scenery can do a body good. Or, in the case of quality sleep, moving from the bed to the sofa might just be ticket.
We’ve all been there: tossing and turning while our nocturnal minds race about “to-do” lists for the next day. So, what could be a potential solution to the 3 a.m. bed circus? For me, change is healthy, so I recently approached a sleeping issue with that mindset. For three nights in a row, I swapped my bedroom mattress for the cozy confines of my living room sofa.
The result: the change led to a consistently solid night’s sleep.
When I conduct my client psychic consultations, the notion of change pops up from time to time. Some are reluctant, while others are game, but maybe not quite sure what changes to make. After sharing intuitive insights, my goal is to help people feel confident about decisions and actions relative to new approaches in various aspects of their lives – even sleeping disorders!
After the sofa experiment, I guess I’ll have to try sleeping in the bathtub next!
Love and light,
Tony
So true!!
Hey! Thanks for reading!
I love sleeping on comfy sofas. Beats propping up in the bed with the iPhone trying to fall back to sleep. 😴😴
Yes! I know what you mean!! Thanks for reading and commenting!
We can’t both fit on the sofa!!!
Yes, we can: it’s a double-wide!! (We can stay up late and watch old movies)
I do this often! Great advice!
It works, doesn’t it?!!
Our back room (make-shift office with futon) creeps me out at night, so I toss and I turn. 😳
Good to know that you’ve got options… sometimes, just sleeping on the OTHER side of the bed helps too!
